I am a creative thinker, solution dreamer and all around experience enthusiast.  I currently lead a highly talented team of UX, product, experience, whatever-you-want-to-call-us designers (we’re multi-faceted) in the health care space.  As a collaborative and supportive player-coach my responsibilities are spread across a number of different disciplines: thinking, designing, leading, evangelizing, inspiring, learning, mentoring, strategizing, researching, discovering, solutioning, failing, trying again.
