How do you build a tool for doctors & staff to easily review incoming patient satisfaction data?
While attending a national Press Ganey conference along with the leaders from the Northwell Health Physician Partners, we saw that other health systems who were already displaying their physician reviews online, were doing so by managing spreadsheets of data. This wasn’t going to work for Northwell Health as they have over 3,000+ physicians each receiving hundreds of surveys, however it was an opportunity to architect and design an application that would be invaluable to the company.
This application has since received interest from other health systems, won the 2016 Northwell Health Presidents Award, won a Press Ganey Success Story Award & was demoed at the 2016 National Press Ganey conference in Orlando.
